FAB Restaurant Concepts Inc. was founded in October 1999 by Sean Bayley, with the opening of Redwood Grille & Bar in the Yonge & Eglinton neighbourhood. Since then, FAB has grown to include a family of 10 restaurants across Toronto, with everything from Italian to elevated pub fare.
FAB Restaurant Concepts Inc. is an independently owned, multiple concept, hospitality company operating in the GTA. Since 2000, FAB Restaurant Concepts has made a tremendous impact on the Toronto restaurant industry by continuing to exceed Guest expectations.

We have established each of our locations as the restaurant or pub of choice in its’ respective neighbourhood. We will continue to keep focused on the Guest to maintain the success of our businesses.
Community Involvement
Giving back to the Community is an integral part of every FAB Restaurant Concepts location.
Over the past 6 years, FAB Restaurant Concepts Annual Charity Golf Tournament has raised over $120,000 for:
- Feed Scarborough
- Sick Kids Hospital Foundation
- Milton District Hospital
- East York General Hospital
- Tour for Kids
FAB Concepts makes frequent donations to the Daily Bread Food Bank, offers a full range of Team Sponsorships for local sports teams and many locations run annual Christmas Toy Drives for their respective communities.
These activities are not possible without the support and commitment of our Employees. Our Employees build strong relationships, with new and long-term Guests alike, and consistently provide high quality service that is memorable and appreciated. Recognizing the value of these relationships, we have established a variety of promotional events to say “Thank you” to our Guests.
